Refunds – Non-Event Merchant Vouchers
Any unredeemed Voucher may be returned to Cincysavers within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for a refund of the paid portion ONLY—in the original form of payment. Thereafter, a Voucher may be returned to Cincysavers (NOT the Merchant) for Cincysavers.com online credit ONLY (no cash refunds will be provided) for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase for the paid portion ONLY. For clarity – the promotional portion expires on the expiration date stated on the Voucher, and that promotional portion is not refundable. The purchase price paid expires two (2) years from the date of purchase, and we will NOT issue any refunds or credits once the two (2) years has lapsed. For mailed Certificates ONLY: In the event you want to return a mailed Voucher, you must return the original Voucher (no photocopies will be accepted) in person or by mail to: cincysavers.com, 2060 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45202. For lost or damaged online vouchers, simply print again from your account. For lost mailed certificates, no refunds will be given. For damaged mailed certificates, return in person or by mail to: cincysavers.com, 2060 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45202 and cincysavers.com will reissue. Refunds – Event Merchant Vouchers
Cancelled Event. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will automatically refund the amount paid, in the original form of payment, to the purchaser.
If you miss an Event. If you did not redeem your Voucher prior to the event occurring (the expiration date of the event), you will not receive a refund of any kind.
Rescheduled Event. If an event is rescheduled, we will refund the underlying purchase price paid, in the original form of payment, upon request by the purchaser.
Replacement of Performers. Opening acts, individual performers and particular bands participating in a music festival are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
Refunds – Seasonal Vouchers
If you did not redeem your seasonal Voucher prior to the expiration date, you will not receive a refund of any kind. If it is a seasonal Voucher, it will be marked as such in the fine print of the deal description.
How long does it take to receive a certificate?
If you purchase a certificate that offers instant printing, you can print and use your certificate immediately. If you purchase an offer available only via mail, expect to receive your certificate in seven to 10 business days or sooner in most cases. Mailed offers arrive in a white security envelope marked cincysavers.com.
Can I use my cincysavers.com deal immediately?
Almost always. You can use your certificates as soon as you print them or receive them in the mail. However, there are some exceptions—like when a certificate is redeemable for tickets at an event taking place at a later date, or when there are date stipulations clearly marked in the offer.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We’re proud to have no hidden fees. We’ve taken care of the shipping, handling and convenience fees, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a limit to how many certificates I can purchase?
Typically, you can purchase up to four certificates for any given offer or business using your name and credit card information. In some cases, we further limit purchases to two offers per person to help ensure as many people as possible can get a popular deal.
What if I don't receive my certificate?

I am buying a cincysavers.com gift certificate but don't want to print it right away. Can I buy now but print later?
Yes. After purchasing, you’ll receive an e-mail with a PDF of your certificate, which you can print at your convenience.
What happens if a business closes before I've used my certificate?
Buy with confidence. If a business closes before you have a chance to use your certificate, please contact our customer service department below by clicking "Contact Us."
We’ll happily exchange your non-expired certificate’s purchase price toward another deal of equal value. Most savings sites don’t offer such a guarantee, but this is one more way you can count on cincysavers.com to help you get true value.
Can I redeem certificates for cash?
No, the certificates aren’t redeemable for cash, but feel free to give them as gifts.

Save the confirmation for your records. You should receive one confirmation for each purchase.
